Step 1: Confirmation Within 24 Hours

Within 24 hours of submitting, you'll receive a phone call and an email confirming your shoot date and time. If your requested deadline is tight, we will prioritize the phone call.

Keep an eye on your inbox and check spam if you don't hear back.

Step 2: Secure Your Shoot With Payment

A payment link arrives with your confirmation.

Once your shoot date is confirmed, you'll receive a Stripe payment link via email. 50% Payment is due before shoot day — your spot isn't locked until it's received.

Step 3: Show Up (Or Don't We've Got It)

Benjamin handles the rest.

On shoot day, show up or provide access — that's it. For real estate shoots, make sure the property is shoot-ready (staged, clutter cleared). For dealership shoots, have your vehicles clean and accessible.

After the shoot, your files will be delivered to your Google Drive folder within the timeframe noted in your agreement. You'll get an email the moment they're ready.
